Story of Julie store
The fashion brand Julie was born in the fall of 2017 in the head of Tereza Hošková.
She was inspired by the concept of sustainable fashion by her four daughters, Julie, Lillien, Elizabeth and Dína, whom Tereza, together with her husband Michal, tries to lead to responsible behavior and respect in relation to nature, their surroundings and people.
A sustainable, slow and conscious lifestyle prompted Tereza not only to establish her own fashion brand, but also to make a life change; leaving the city for the countryside, where she lives with her family in a minimalist wooden cottage with a self-sufficient barn near the forest. In a place where peace, fresh air, and the cyclical nature become inspiration.

JULIE was created from a simple desire for a linen skirt. It had no clear direction. It originally came to support my creative soul on maternity leave with my third daughter. I wanted to dress children in purely natural materials so that they would know the story of the individual pieces in their wardrobe. Where the fabric comes from, who designs their clothes and who sews them for them. It connected to their children's heads and certainly fulfilled their childhood dreams of dresses with a petticoat... But JULIE continued to grow organically. Today, it primarily dresses conscious women. Women who nourish themselves in all ways, only with the best for their mental and physical health. They enjoy life and their feminine strength. Women who like to support Czech creation and the women who stand behind the brand.
I still feel like a mother first and foremost. I create fashion for joy. To support women's emotions, self-love, respect for every curve. I have managed to create an incredibly large circle of women, where our mutual healing and searching for each other, on the path to self-confidence, only multiplies. We rely on clothes with our emotions and we feel good in them. Come and stop by our showroom in Prague's Vinohrady for a moment. It is a true oasis of peace and female togetherness. Thank you so much for being a part of it and for us being able to live this together.
